The user name is always “admin” (lowercase).

Make sure you enter the password exactly as it appears  in the Network Login Details flyer. It is important to pay attention to the use of uppercase and lowercase letters. It is also sometimes the case that a 0 (the number) is mistaken for an O (the letter) and an I (uppercase i) for a 1 (the number).

If you have changed the password but then forgotten it, reset the router to the factory settings by holding the OPS button down for 20 seconds.

NB: this deletes all the settings you have made in the Settings menu (Graphical User Interface).

After the reset, you can use the network name and password given to the router in the factory. You can find both of these on the bottom of the router or in the flyer that may have been supplied with it.
